    Reservation Policy

    Once you have decided on a tour and it is confirmed you will have to pay a deposit to secure your reservation. You will be informed of the deposit amount and a payment schedule will be set up for you. Final payment is usually due no later than 60 days prior to departure. However, some cruise lines and tour operators require slightly earlier final payment dates.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations are subject to a fee, plus penalties in effect at the time of cancellation. A $100.00 USD service charge per person is charged for any cancellation, above the fee charged by the tour operator or cruise line. Cancellation penalties vary from tour companies to cruise lines and you will be informed of the penalties at the time of booking. Cancellations must be done in writing by fax, email or certified postal letter.
