    Reservation Policy

    At the moment of reservation a 50% payment is requiered to be able to start processing.

    Cancellation Policy

    In case of cancellation more than 90 days before departure: the file costs (handling fee USD 200).
    In case of cancellation between 90 and 60 days before departure: 20% of the travel amount.
    In case of cancellation between 60 and 32 days before departure: 75% of the travel amount plus the insurance premium.
    In case of cancellation within 31 days before departure and no-show (not present on the day of departure): 100% of the travel amount.
