Karen Lee - English Center

As a native growing up in the area of the Yangtse River and previously working as an English-speaking guide, Karen has visited most places in China. It will be a long list if she wrote down all the travel experiences. However, her main work of nearly three years with NAVO is to deal with the travel business of NAVO, gaining full organizational and travel experiences. Karen does well on the Student Challenge Tour and other special tours of NAVO, and holds the English markets very well. Tracy Cheng - English Center

As a local Chinese, Tracy feels very proud of her great mother country, China, which gives Tracy high enthusiasm in organizing diverse and fantastic adventure tours in different parts of China for people from all over the world. Moreover, Tracy is a born explorer and has dreamed of expeditions in vast China since childhood. She’s been involved in tourism since her graduation. During her more than five years of experience of organizing tours in a travel agency, she worked nearly one year in Tibet, giving her full experience in arranging tours in Tibet. Tracy had also visited many parts of China. Once she traveled from China’s southern border to the northern border through dozens of provinces. Choosing NAVO, who love people and nature, Tracy enjoyed the harmonious, creative, enthusiastic and prosperous work environment here. NAVO tries to bring out the best in everyone and everything - this is what exactly suited Tracy’s pursuit as well.

Abby Zhang - English Center

It’s the best thing to Abby’s to expand mind, feast her eyes, and please her palate during the trip. She brings a lot of fun to each trip… from getting along and communicating with lots of travelers from other foreign countries; recommending and showing the highlights of beautiful China to guests who desire to learn and appreciate the world. Abby chose to be an organizer for the comprehensive and professional NAVO Tour Company with a passion on tourism, and helps travelers enjoy their tours better through her responsible experiences, such as organized and experienced groups of driving to Southeast Asia countries from China, rafting on the shining Lijiang River, playing with the cute pandas, and so on. Magali Lee - French Center

Right after her university study, majoring in French, Magali rushed to Madagascar of Africa, a place she has never been to and but had been dreaming of, for her first job. For two years, she enjoyed the sunshine and breeze of the India Ocean here. Afterwards, Magali joined NAVO, which gives her the chance to lead the guests into the vast China from time to time. During her nearly six years with NAVO, however, Magali’s main task is to introduce guests to NAVO Tour, recommend and arrange the popular products, and provide the best services to the French-speaking guests around the world. In her mind, in working with the NAVO, you need to have endless passion and a long lasting ambition to learn and pursue a unique life.

Julia Qin - German Center

After majoring in Teutonic literature in the university, Julia then worked in a publishing house and another two and a half years as a teacher. Yearning for freedom and the great outdoors, Julia found herself tied to traveling afterwards. NAVO is honored to have Julia share her traveling experiences and advice with guests.
