    Reservation Policy

    A deposit of US$500/CAD$550 per person, per tour must be paid with the Registration Form and Release & Indemnity. For all tours, the balance of payment is due 60 days before the tour start.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a US$250/CAD$275 per person administration fee. The remainder of the deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before the tour start. If you cancel a Randonnée Plus tour within 60 days of the tour start, the full land package, including the deposit, is not refundable.
