    Reservation Policy

    A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of reservation. Full payment is required 60 days before your trip. Exceptions are made for certain Galapagos trips and other third party operators, since often TribuTrek cannot make reservations without full payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    Up to 90 days of arrival, TribuTrek shall refund the deposit less $100,00 administration costs. Between 90-60 days before arrival, TribuTrek cannot return the deposit. Between 60-30 days before arrival, TribuTrek will keep 50% of the total amount plus $50.00 administration costs. Between 30 days before arrival payment is 100%. These conditions apply for all direct operated tours by TribuTrek. In case of any bookings with Galapagos boats, jungle tours, flights or any other third parties, conditions may vary.
